The Junior Clinical Account Specialist (or Associate Clinical Specialist ACAS) is responsible for on-site clinical support and promote Biosense Webster products to clinical stakeholders. The position supports Clinical Account Specialists (CAS) to drive clinical excellence and workflow optimization after the required trainings accomplished.
The key responsibilities the impact YOU will have:
Commercial
·Support CAS in demand generation via promotion of new products and features
Clinical support
·CARTO case support upon request from customer
·Product supporting troubleshooting in real laboratory environment
·Understand clinical environment and competitor products
·Demonstrates products features to meet customers’ unmet needs
·Effective use of Lab Efficiency Matrix for driving clinical excellence in CARTO cases
Operational
·Effective expense management
·Keeping deadlines in company processes
·Understand and follow the processes with the Customer Service (pricing, public procurement, consignation, etc.)
·Following and administrating quality complaints due to Company quality processes

·Acquired University Degree.
·Excellent spoken and written English and native level of Czech.
·Good communicator with excellent presentation skills. Strong ability to effectively convey information in a variety of formal and informal settings.
·Ability to drive projects in an organized and timely manner, with necessarily follow up and interaction with all involved stakeholders.
·Desire and ability to anticipate and address the needs of customers (internal or external) through timely program/project implementation.
·Analytical thinking: systematic gathering, organizing and synthesizing of relevant data into meaningful added value information.
·Teamwork/Collaboration: intention and ability to work effectively with others toward shared goals.
·Driving license
·Ability to travel, mainly locally and sometimes in neighboring countries.
