Department overview

JLL's Landlord Representation Team provides high-quality advisory services for landlords active on Warsaw office market. The team offers expert guidance throughout the entire leasing process, from initial strategy development to final contract execution.

What this job involves:

Proactively searching for new potential business opportunities (cold calling, establishing new contacts with tenants and landlords, closing brokerage transactions)

Maintaining and developing close relationships with existing clients, core developers, and investment funds active in the market

Providing superior client service (accompanying clients during viewings, running meetings, delivering presentations on the office market in Poland)

Ensuring high quality of services and timely delivery of all work to the client's satisfaction, guaranteeing that all reports, property particulars, proposals, presentations, and other outputs delivered to clients are reliable and contain updated and relevant information

Preparing various proposals and presentations

Attending pitching meetings and calls

Assisting the Research department in collecting and updating information on the office market

Providing clients with current, up-to-date knowledge about the office market's situation, trends, forecasts, and information about planned projects

Offering comprehensive, integrated expertise regarding office buildings, which requires in-depth knowledge of every aspect of building specification, occupation, and location

Delivering financial comparisons as an integrated part of the analysis

Good selling, negotiation and presentation skills

Strong attention to details

Very good command of English and Polish

Highly numerate with very good analytical skills

Outgoing personality and enthusiastic, can-do approach to work

Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with team members and clients
