Job Description

Knowledge & ExperienceReal estate investment analysis, economics, and international capital markets.Financial cash flow modeling in Excel.Preparation of marketing materials and sale documents.Buy-side consultancy, including reports and investment analysis.Assistance in preparing presentations and commercial documents.Conducting property inspections.
