We are looking for a Junior Controller (m/f/d) to play an important role in the planning & reporting process of BRP-Rotax, provide controlling analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on systems, processes and tools

Track production and operational costs, conduct variance analyses, identify areas for  efficiency improvements

·       Preparation of monthly reports, forecast and participation in preparation of budgets and strategic plan

·       Collaborate with senior controllers and department to gather data and help prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

·       Collaborate in the preparation of internal and external reports of the company performance.

·       Develop and maintain key reporting metrics

Your experiences and skills

·       Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, Economics or highly analytical field (Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)

·       Up to 3 years relevant finance experience

·       Ability to think creatively, be a self-starter, work independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines / prioritize changing workloads

·       An eye towards continuous improvement, including the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes

·       Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

·       SAP, SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools would be highly regarded

·       Fluency in German and good level of English

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 52,197.04 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
