ITA is seeking an Associate Cost Analyst to join the team supporting the Department of Homeland Security. This position will be remote in the National Capital Region area.
ResponsibilitiesITA International is seeking a highly motivated, performance-driven individual with strong analysis experience to work closely with our Government clients in the National Capital Region (desired), though remote work is allowed. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills and the capability to principally contribute to several of the largest and most significant studies in ITA's portfolio.
Duties Include:
Support Cost Analysis, Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Economic Analysis (EA) studiesDevelop, update, and apply mathematical and logical methodologies for supporting program analysesSupport data analytics Develop, update, manipulate, and maintain cost modelsParticipate in efforts in collecting, normalizing, and analyzing complex dataContribute to the evaluation of program investment and acquisition strategies and courses of actionIdentify sustainment cost impacts of acquisition decisionsParticipate in the development of basis and supporting materials for briefings to management at the executive and oversight levels for all affected program/project funding requirementsWork autonomously and as part of a team to meet organizational and project goalsCommunicate and work with diverse organizations and representatives for data collection, analysis, and results presentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Preference in Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research or other Sciences.Recent experience in a relevant field including cost, cost-benefit, or cost-effectiveness analysis.
