We are looking for someone with: 

Bachelor Degree with Minimum 4+years of legal experienceStrong understanding of legal processes/databasesProven experience in a similar legal administrative roleStrong communication skills, both oral and written and client focus and commitment to quality service and product outcomesExcellent computer skills – MS Word, Outlook Notesstrong organizational and priority-setting skillsExcellent attention to detail Flexibility in adjusting to changes with a positive attitudeAbility to take the initiative to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmentAbility to work with independence on assigned tasks in a timely mannerProven self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will: 

Conducting the investigation for the case raised from the customer complain that has been escalated to Investigation & Litigation by Complaint Management Unit (CMU)Conducting the investigation for any case raised from bank partner regarding the any issue related to any suspicion in connection with FS that escalated to Litigation & InvestigationAssist the Litigation Team for any police summon in regard with police report filled by preparing the required documents for the police examination.Assist the Litigation Team for any issue that occurs in channel that escalated to Litigation & Investigation.Assist the Litigation Team for joint regarding any issues related to any suspicious in connection with FS.
