Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the security and compliance of our Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) configurations and adherence to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) controls. This position is a key part of our cybersecurity team, providing expertise and support to maintain our high standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
CJIS System Configuration: Manage and configure CJIS systems to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
NIST Controls Implementation: Implement and monitor NIST controls to safeguard information systems.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with GRC policies.
Policy Development: Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures in line with GRC standards.
Incident Response: Assist in the development and execution of incident response plans.
Training and Awareness: Provide training and support to staff on GRC-related topics and best practices.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, policies, and procedures.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role with a focus on GRC.
- Proficiency in CJIS system configurations and NIST controls.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred. null
