We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to oversee and resolve data quality incidents, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data assets. As the central point for identifying, documenting, and addressing data issues, you will play a critical role in conducting root cause analyses and implementing solutions to mitigate risks and prevent recurring problems and incidents. Your work will directly support the organization’s decision-making processes by maintaining high data standards and fostering trust in our data systems.
In this role, you will use monitoring and incident analysis tools to track data quality issues and analyze patterns. Collaborating closely with technical and business teams, you will document incidents, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolutions. Leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills, you will drive improvements in data processes and help establish proactive measures to maintain data reliability across the organization.
This position is ideal for an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex data problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data excellence.
Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Experience at least 2 years of experience in data quality analysis and incident management, with a proven ability to document, investigate, and resolve data issues. Proficiency in using monitoring and incident analysis tools. Expertise in root cause analysis techniques and the ability to identify patterns and causes of problems as well as address systemic issues. Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Grafana. Knowledge of data ecosystems and concepts of lineage between tables. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate corrective actions between technical and business teams. A proactive mindset and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Managing and documenting demands coming from the ticketing tool. Resolving problems such as missing data and procedural inconsistencies.
