The Red Gate Group is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to join our dynamic, data-driven team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong foundation in data science to apply analytical skills to real-world challenges. You will work alongside experienced professionals to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business challenges into data science solutions.
+ Assist in developing and automating data pipelines for efficient data processing.
+ Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
+ Implement machine learning models and statistical algorithms to extract meaningful insights.
+ Contribute to the design and optimization of predictive analytics solutions.
+ Develop compelling visualizations and reports to communicate analytical findings effectively.
+ Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in data science to drive innovation.
+ Must be a US Citizen
+ Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model development.
+ SQL Expertise: Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL.
+ Machine Learning Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.
+ Data Visualization: Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
+ Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
+ Communication Skills: Ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Cloud Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
