Job DescriptionYou will report into the Lead Delivery Analyst.
What you will do:
Attend client workshops and supporting with eliciting relevant solution requirements.Support with informative presentations of the solution delivered to other teams.Work on relevant issues and risks ensuring all of them are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate management.Ensure client engagement throughout all client delivery phases.Conduct software configuration across multiple software suites.Perform analytical tasks to support clients in defect resolution.Offer comprehensive client support throughout the entire project lifecycle (Build, Test, Run).Contribute to a vibrant Community of practice, encouraging continuous improvement.You'll collaborate with some of the world's largest organizations, helping them respond swiftly to market dynamics and opportunities.
