Do you crave a design challenge? Are you bursting with creative energy? Then get ready to ignite your career! We're on the hunt for a passionate and talented Junior Designer to join our vibrant in-house design Studio for a 12-month contract starting in March 2025.
We are a friendly, multi-disciplinary team of designers and creatives, working on a wide range of projects to help the business tell better stories and deliver real impact for our clients. We work on high-profile and high-value projects for both the corporate organisation as well as our public and private sector clients who are an enviable mix of prestigious and diverse industry leaders. In fact, if you’ve heard of them, we’ve probably worked with them!
Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.
What will I be doing?
We are looking for someone with a passion for design, who has great ideas, proactively contributes and is enjoyable to work with. Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferable, but most importantly we are looking for enthusiasm and a desire to learn. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a variety of skills and to kick-start your career in the graphics industry within a challenging yet creative team.

You will be passionate about design and eager to learn and grow A graduate or some relevant work experience A creative flair, technical skills, and unique design perspective A collaborative spirit A strong eye for detail - meticulous and precise, ensuring every pixel is perfect Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and eager to explore new technologies Knowledge of PowerPoint is a must, along with Word, Excel and other MS office programs is required Excellent communication skills - you can clearly articulate your design concepts and present your work with confidence Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonus along with a passion for digital marketing and brandingWhat is in it for me?
