As a Junior Digitalization Consultant in GBS Digital Advisory, you will support AI-driven digitalization initiatives by assisting in business analysis, solution ideation, and implementation efforts. 
You will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, gather business requirements, and contribute to designing and deploying digital solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Opportunities & Running AI WorkshopsAssist in engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven digitalization.Support the preparation and execution of AI workshops, progressively taking on more responsibility in facilitating discussions and shaping business use cases.2. AI ConsultationAssess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and evaluate AI-driven optimization opportunities.Participate in workshops and discussions, gradually building the expertise to provide strategic guidance on AI and digitalization initiatives.3. Business Analysis & Strategic ConsultingGather, document, and structure business requirements to translate them into actionable insights.Conduct research and analysis to support process improvement recommendations, eventually driving business analysis efforts independently.4. Solution Ideation & ImplementationSupport solution ideation sessions with UX designers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders, contributing to solution design and validation.Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Assist in monitoring solution implementation, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement efforts, with the aim of leading initiatives in the future.Qualifications & Skills:
Required:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Consulting, or related fields (including experience as a working student).Basic understanding of AI technologies, automation, and digital platforms.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.Fluency in English.Preferred:Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, RPA tools, or data analytics platforms.Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, or UX methodologies.Interest in digital transformation and process optimization.What can you gain by joining us?
