Job Description The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for design review and new product development. The ideal candidate will possess electronics design experience including printed circuit board schematic design (with both thru-hole and SMT components). This position will also assist engineering staff in determining and solving issues and make recommendations for improvements. · Responsible for system layout and design and related engineering support documentation in accordance with project specifications and regulatory body requirements for Interior Communications Systems. · Convert and enter Bills of Materials into the computer system for purchasing · Develop technical documentation within framework of accepted department standards and procedures. · Generate design requirements · Develop testing validation plans · Conduct failure analysis and develop solutions for design issues · Occasional travel required.
