What you'll do:
As a (Junior) Engineer (f/m/d) for the Strategic Projects Team you will implement strategic development projects initiated by SAP's CTO and the Head of our L1 Unit with high standards (e.g. Corona-Warn-App). You will help us kick-start and support the development of strategic lighthouse projects. Working in a project team, you are responsible for development with a focus on design, feature development, code testing, architecture, and compliance. Furthermore, your task will be to ensure the quality of specific product features in the development team. You will also support the team in coordination of tasks and project management and help enable the colleagues to work as a self-organized team. You are also welcome to get involved in various other projects, depending on your interest and preferences.

At Strategic Projects, as part of the Office of the CTO, we are driving forward T&I’s development excellence by developing cutting-edge solutions, especially for strategic CTO topics, and implementing novel and strategic-relevant solutions. In addition, we prepare and support major SAP CTO keynotes, provide expertise and develop proof-of-concepts for strategic technology topics. Our team consists of about 50 colleagues who are students, young professionals, and experienced professionals in the areas of software development, design, project management and team/management assistance. We work in teams that are mainly located in Potsdam/Berlin and Walldorf and collaborate closely with other SAP teams to realize our mission.
