The Challenge             

·        Perform Routine Testing: Perform routine testing of Busduct and passive modules of GIS from 66kV to 420kV.  Tests consist of test mechanical testing, product inspection and high voltage testing.

·        Operate Testing Equipment: Proficiently operate CB Timing kits, SF6 handling plants, Cranes, and Gas Insulated High Voltage Testing kits.

·        Troubleshoot and Diagnose: Identify and resolve faults in products and wiring efficiently.

·      Participate in Improvement Programs: Actively engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs, Compliance and Corporate Governance, and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines.

We Don’t Need Superheroes, Just Super Minds:

·        Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a total experience of 2-3 years, including at least 1 year of experience in GIS routine testing.

·        Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts.

·        Technical Skills:

·        Understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings.

·        Proficiency in preparing documentation and maintaining records of performed tests.

·        Experience in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in front of customers.

·        EHS Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.

·        Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
