CACI is looking for a full-time Junior Finance Control Analyst to join our dynamic team in providing a wide range of financial support duties to accomplish critical objectives.

Responsibilities:

Manually process amended timesheets to include calculating pay and leave impacts and updating personnel records accordingly. The expectation is to complete a minimum of 50-100 amends each pay period.

Responsible for addressing employee travel notifications, updating personnel files, and providing initial pay calculations if necessary.

Prepare moderately complex documentation regarding pay and benefit discrepancies for employees, including calculations reflecting impact to tax, retirement, and insurance premiums. Attention to detail is critical, as these changes must be accurate and reflected in the systems.

Facilitate employee-entry of banking information and tax withholdings, as well as completing necessary changes for existing employees.

Audit biweekly payroll information to ensure data integrity and accuracy prior to transmission of earnings and leave statements and pay to employees.

Researching and responding to requests by applying and interpreting established policies and procedures. It requires gathering data and preparing, tracking, maintaining, and updating employee records and information.

Provide clear and concise feedback and instruction to employees when corrections/changes are required; maintaining metrics statistics, analyzing and evaluating complex information to form sound conclusions and taking appropriate action(s). 

Apply general business processes of the office to resolve routine to complex issues; draft written notifications that are understandable, and assist customers in becoming self-sufficient in finding information to answer a variety of payroll questions.

Completes daily financial tasks.

Responsible for ad hoc or other tasks relevant to the role.


Qualifications:

Required: 

TS/SCI with Polygraph

Three years performing financial records processing and management.

Strong communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Excel.

Ability to collaborate.

High School diploma or GED equivalent


Desired:

Sponsor experience and system knowledge desired but not required.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$60,100 - $123,300
