Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst
Job Description
This Junior Financial Analyst will be responsible for a whole business unit. They will be recording journal entry accruals, budgeting for capital projects, payroll costs, expenses, and anything else tied to that business unit. They will perform variance analysis between actual vs forecast and conduct a monthly forecast to update the 5-year forecast.
Responsibilities
+ Record journal entry accruals.
+ Budget for capital projects, payroll costs, and expenses.
+ Perform variance analysis between actual vs forecast.
+ Conduct monthly forecasts to update the 5-year forecast.
Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or economics (Needs to be a major, not just just business administration)
+ Able to create pivot tables, sumif's, VLOOKUPS in Excel (SEND ADVANCED USER EXCEL ASSESSMENT AND ATTACH TO SUB)
OR
+ 1+ year of budgeting/forecasting experience
+ 1+ year of experience recording journal entries
+ 1+ year of variance analysis experience
+ Proficient within a large scale ERP such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, SAGE, NetSuite
Work Environment
This role is onsite and involves working 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays OFF. The team is led by a down-to-earth manager and opportunities for growth and long-term satisfaction have been demonstrated by previous placements
