Junior Financial/Business/Support/Admin Personnel   ISPA Technology is a fast-growing, dynamic company that works on the latest technology contracts across the country. We are looking for a Junior Financial/Business/Support/Admin Personnel to join our team in the first quarter of 2024. This Onsite position can be held in Tampa, FL / Washington DC (NCR) / Panama City Beach, FL.     This is an exciting opportunity to work on the frontiers of autonomous systems technology and help the U.S. Military maintain its technological advantage. If you are a highly motivated and Junior Financial/Business/Support/Admin Personnel with a passion for the future of autonomy, we encourage you to apply!   Responsibilities: Assisting in Program Management: Support in the execution of metrics-based management for project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. Help in maintaining PM processes in alignment with contract requirements. Financial Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and status updates as per the Program Management Plan and Cost Performance Report. Support budget tracking and variance analysis. Data Reporting and Management: Aid in managing Integrated Master Schedules and contributing to IPMDAR submissions. Support data management activities within the Integrated Data Environment. COTS License Tracking: Assist in tracking COTS software licenses and compliance with maintenance agreements.   Qualifications:
  Required: Proficiency in basic MS Office applications. Basic understanding of project management principles and financial reporting. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Organizational skills with an attention to detail. ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED Desired: Experience within a DoD environment DAWIA Certification   Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with three (3) years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, OR Master's degree in a relevant field.   Benefits: National health, vision, and dental plans 20 days of PTO and 11 paid holidays Life insurance Short- and long-term disability plans 401(K) retirement plan Incentive and recognition programs Relocation opportunities
