Junior Full Stack Developer

Overview: We seek a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team, bringing hands-on expertise in developing dynamic, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate has experience across AWS services, containers, and a modern tech stack, with a focus on front-end and back-end integration, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development: Build and maintain intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React, incorporating best practices for design, functionality, and performance. Back-End Development: Develop and maintain back-end solutions focusing on APIs, database management, and efficient data handling, utilizing PostgreSQL and Node.js. Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS) to deploy and manage application resources, including custom AMIs, security configurations, and performance optimizations. Containerization & Orchestration: Use Docker and Docker Compose for containerized environments to support scalability and efficient resource management, automating the deployment process wherever possible. DNS & Networking: Configure and manage DNS routing to ensure secure and reliable connectivity for web applications, supporting dynamic and high-availability environments. Automation with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform and Packer to automate infrastructure setup, including creating, deploying, and managing AWS EC2 instances and other resources.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in full-stack development, including work with JavaScript frameworks like React and back-end solutions like Node.js or Express. Proficiency in AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS) and Terraform for automated deployments and resource management. Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose for creating and managing containerized applications. Hands-on experience with DNS configurations, custom domain setups, and secure routing practices. Knowledge of PostgreSQL, relational database schemas, and index selection for efficient data access. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in an Agile, remote, or cross-timezone team environment.
