Amplifon Australia is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our #makemorepossible team!
Reporting to Northern HR Business Partner, this role will play a critical role in day-to-day field Operations with occasional travel, supporting our Field HR Business Partner to ensure processes and initiatives are effectively in place to accelerate business performance.
Key responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for employees in providing HR generalist support, administration and policy advice; And / or escalate accordingly to Area HRBP; Be the first point of contact for Area managers in Employee Relations matters and support HRBPs in high level investigations by coordinating meetings, taking meeting minutes, drafting reports; Coordinate field travel arrangements, work closely with the Training Team for Inductions and Onboarding; Work closely with Field management to follow up on probationary and performance reviews, licence updates for health care professionals and other relevant documents; Collaborate with Sales team to support in day-to-day activities from HR; Facilitate HR communications and reporting, drafting presentations for monthly meetings; Proactively engage with Field Management to assess organisational capabilities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address identified gaps; Ensure execution and adherence to Amplifon HR principles, practices and policies and other advice where necessary; Support developing and/or updating forms, templates, auditing and maintaining of workforce planning for the field team; Support the Senior HRBP in providing detailed advice on Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations, interpreting Enterprise Agreements, modern awards, Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards. Other administrative as deemed appropriate by the HRBPs;Education and experience
University Degree in Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated; 2 years of Australian experience; Employee Relations Experience is an advantage;What we offer in return
