Junior HR Business Partner - Commercial (m/f)

What will you do with us?

Ensure high-quality execution of talent planning processes and participate in employee development through planning and education Participate in organizational change projects, providing support and advice during implementation Measure the success of organizational and HR activities and propose continuous process improvements Ensure the effective implementation of HR processes in compliance with the Labor Law, relevant regulations, and internal policies Plan, monitor, and analyze HR-related costs Coordinate and execute plans and priorities for commercial employees in line with local and global HR guidelines Initiate and drive activities that enhance employee engagement and promote organizational culture Support line managers in all employee-related matters, from hiring to retirement Ensure effective talent management processes and contribute to employee development, planning, and training Participate in organizational change projects, providing guidance and support during implementation Measure the effectiveness of HR activities and propose continuous process improvements

 

This job is for you if you:

Hold a master's degree in social sciences or economics Have at least two years of experience in human resources, ideally in a commercial environment Understand key HR processes Have a proactive approach and enjoy finding innovative solutions Have strong analytical and organizational skills and can effectively set priorities and coordinate activities Excel in driving change and shaping organizational culture Have outstanding communication and presentation skills Are skilled in coaching, teaching, and providing employee support Speak and write English fluently Are proficient in HR systems and computer applications
