Job Description

Join our dynamically growing international HR Service Team, dedicated to supporting our colleagues across the DACH region. Your contribution to something big:

Assist in the transition of time and attendance processes by working closely with our colleagues in Germany and providing necessary supportProvide guidance and information for specific areas of the employee lifecycle, ensuring a customer-focused and quality-oriented approachHandle HR-related questions from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners in Germany, ensuring accurate and timely responsesManage assigned cases under guidance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policiesHelp maintain and update HR process documentation, and identify opportunities for improvement with support from the team

QualificationsBackground: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areasExperience: 0-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas, fresh-graduates are welcome tooPersonality: You are thorough, self-organized, motivated, detail-oriented and service minded. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skillsLanguages:Fluent German (C1) both written and spokenMid-level English (B1) skillsHungarian language knowledge is not required, but an advantage
