Junior HR Team Lead
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to drive HR Operations globally or in a respective geography. Each day, you will take full accountability for the end-to-end operations and deliver high-quality services against agreed performance targets.You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring a high degree of customer experience and by being responsible for people management in the given geographical scope.The work model for the role is: hybrid.This role is contributing to the HR Operational Services in Krakow.You will be mainly accountable for:• Delivering HR services in line with business processes and targets, ensuring timely and customer-focused outcomes.• Performing control tasks autonomously, including compliance checks, while adhering to established HR protocols.• Generating on-demand reports to support business processes and acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for HR inquiries.• Educating customers in policies, business processes and the correct usage of HR tools.
Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in HR Shared Services for a global company and have experience in service lines such as Employee Life Cycle Management, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Compensation & Performance.Ability to demonstrate up to 1 year of experience in the above-mentioned fields.Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, MS Office, SNOW, Workday.You are passionate about and innovative around managing multiple demands on your time, working in cross-functional teams, and having a collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.Degree in Human Resources or a related field with a Bachelor’s degree as a minimum qualification.You are at ease communicating in both English and German.
