Requirements:
Relevant Degree in HR with 3-5 yrs in a similar role FMCG Experience Good knowledge and experience of labour relations Payroll EXPERIENCE  
Responsibilities
 
Support the HR Manager in ensuring planning for the ongoing personnel needs in coordination with the various Departments (recruitment and selection) Recruitment & selection, and Induction of new employees into the organization. Provide support to site Managers Handling of the site payroll Prepare a range of HR documentation required for the specific work area (employment contract, transfers, terminations, and training related documents) Reporting and Submission Employment Equity Advising Line Managers and other stakeholders in industrial relations (IR) matters. Provide support to line managers in dealing with disciplinary, incapacity and grievance matters. Company presentation at the CCMA (Conciliation) Deal with all appeals from disciplinary proceedings in line with disciplinary code. Provide sound advice to ensure the organization complies to best practice and legislative issues. Monitor compliance to company policies and procedures. Support performance and training requirements, to be able to perform analysis and reporting needs
