Junior Instructional Systems Designer Quantico, VA Full Time Mid Level Share (https://teamcarney.applytojob.com/app/share/Ss1SKerNCQ) Team Carney, a dynamic performance and professional development focused company, is actively seeking a Junior level Instructional Systems Designer to support the Training Division of a government agency.  The ideal candidate will have experience implementing the ADDIE model in the development of curriculum to include learning objectives, instructional strategies, structure and sequence, instructional training material, validated training material, evaluations and evaluation reports and recommendations, multimedia assets, and e-learning courses.   THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE AND IS HYBRID.   Duties: - Follow a systematic instructional systems design (ISD) process   - Follow the ADDIE model to design a course or curriculum, analyze training needs, conduct job task analyses, create meaningful learning objectives, map learning objectives to job tasks, select delivery systems and develop effective learning strategies, - Conduct level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations. - Help ensure alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items. - Participate in the curriculum/test validation process Requirements: -  ACTIVE TOP SECRET (TS) SECURITY CLEARANCE - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instructional Systems Designer Team Carney is committed to delivering exceptional results and fostering an inclusive environment where every member can thrive. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees.
