Your mission: We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior Internal Communications Officer to join our team at PwC Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation and organizational skills. You will be engaged in the design and execution of internal communication plans that align with the values and cultural traits of our multicultural firm. 

Be a part of our team where you will:   

Contribute to the management of internal campaigns, from concept to delivery (e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers and budgets); Draft, write, and proofread content for various communication initiatives (articles, news updates, invitations, presentations, etc.); Define key messaging for each initiative to ensure consistent and impactful communication; Create visual assets and adapt branded materials to suit the visual identity of our campaigns; Collaborate with your team to circulate information and create links between campaigns and topics; Provide flexible support to your team even if it’s not link to your direct attributions. 

 

 Let’s talk about you. If you … 

Hold a Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a relevant field; Bring at least 2 years of experience in internal communications or journalism; Have full professional proficiency in both French and English,  with excellent writing and editing skills in both languages; Excel as a Project Coordinator, demonstrating attention to detail, meticulousness, and the ability to see tasks through from start to finish; Are well-organized and autonomous, managing time effectively while collaborating efficiently with colleagues at all levels; Possess strong interpersonal skills and can develop creative event concepts while ensuring seamless coordination and execution; Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with a creative and proactive approach; Are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and have a solid command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator). Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or other video editing software (such as CapCut) is a plus; Work well in a team, building strong working relationships across departments; Perform effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards; Hold a valid driving license.
