The ideal candidate will provide generalized helpdesk support, manage inventory, and ensure asset management is up to date. This role involves working closely with the IT team to order necessary equipment and accounts, and occasionally substituting for senior executive-level personnel. Key Responsibilities: * Junior IT Support Engineer will provide generalized helpdesk support, including working tickets and setting up machines and offices * Manage inventory, including headsets and accounts, and coordinate with the IT team to order necessary items * Ensure asset management records are up to date * As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will support the broader community with IT needs, not limited to a dedicated group * Handle approximately 50 tickets per week using Freshservice or Freshdesk * Occasionally substitute for senior executive-level personnel
