Danone away from home is a department within the customer development department of Danone BELUX that specializes in the sale of Danone products in horeca, impulse and convenience channels. in our portfolio we have strong brands such as Alpro, Activia, Danio, Evian, Oikos ect. We hold a market leader position in most markets in which we operate. Your customers: wholesalers in Belgium and Luxemburg, Coffeebars, hotels and restaurants. You are responsible for the coffee strategy of ALPRO BARISTA and EVIAN in fine dining. 

 

 

The Key account manager horeca is responsible for:

Customer management

Direct contact with fine dining and coffeebarsClose collaboration with marketingYearly negotiations of existing national account customersDevelop and manage strong network with customers and organizationsHe/she acquires new customers and develops existing (inter) national hotels and other hospitality chainsIndependent preparation of business plans on an annual basisIndependent preparation and management of all customer meetings, including annual meetingsFlawless execution of promoplanActive range management in cooperation with marketing and category managementCoordination of sales activities with the sales force and the customerSupport on field management / servicesAttending national horeca trade fairs

 

Cross-functional internal collaboration

Intensive cooperation with all internal departments such as category management, marketing, finance & D2D.Collaboration / management of internal projects such as the development of the strategic annual category plans

 

Participation in internal and external meetings

Pre-GPSSales team and demand review meetingsCoordination meetings with the sales forceVarious project meetings

 

Analysis and planning activity

Accurate sales forecasting with review and monitoringBudget forecast and controlOwnership customer A&P budgetResponsibility for customer profitabilityProvide holistic view on belux national accounts universe: detect and anticipate sales / consumption trendsA first experience within OOH channel, account management or programAffinity with coffee and fine dining.
