About Us:
We are a family trust seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Lawyer to assist with ongoing litigation and related legal matters. Our work involves complex trust, property, and family law issues currently before the Calcutta High Court.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the trust’s interests in ongoing legal proceedings at the Calcutta High Court and other relevant forums. Draft, review, and file necessary legal documents, pleadings, petitions, affidavits, and other court submissions. Conduct thorough legal research on trust law, property law, family settlements, and related statutes and precedents. Liaise with senior counsel, clients, court clerks, and other stakeholders. Assist in strategizing case approaches, including gathering evidence, preparing witness statements, and managing documentation. Monitor case progress, maintain case files, and keep the client informed of all developments. Provide general legal advice, conduct negotiations, and engage in dispute resolution efforts as required.
