Junior Lease Analyst
Junior Lease Analyst | Tampa, FL Job Description As a Junior Lease Analyst, you will manage and maintain subleases and lease documents, ensuring all relevant lease documents and information such as leases and rent statements are collected and reviewed. You will also be responsible for collecting and posting rent payments to accounts, performing lease administration functions, preparing bill backs, and updating billing information. Additionally, you will assist with CAM or other property expenses as needed. Essential Skills + Accounts receivable + Billing + Real estate + Property management + Commercial real estate + Leasing Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in billing or accounts receivable within the property management or leasing realm. Work Environment The role is based on-site in Tampa with standard working hours. There is a possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule in the future. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00 The company offers all internal benefits to employees- All general medical, vison, 401k, etc. as well as PTO on an accrued basis.
