Act as change agent for continuous improvement activities in Operations Lead 5S and value stream mapping activities Coach staff on lean manufacturing tools such as standardized work, value stream mapping, 5S, inventory management, error proofing, process problem solving, Kaizen, and quick changeover Collaborate with all levels of the organization and work effectively work within a team environment

Requirements

Work experience in a manufacturing environment identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent judgment and prioritizing skills
