Title: Maintenance & Reliability Engineer
Location: Reading / Basingstoke Area
Package: £29,640 - £44,460 (depending on suitability)
As a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, this will give you the opportunity to:
Deliver Maintenance & Reliability solutions in relation to defined requirements, across the full engineering lifecycleParticipate in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key systemsParticipate in root cause analysis techniquesEffective stakeholder management, engaging and influencing others in order to drive improvements across the functionIdentify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency and business improvementExpand own engineering skills and experience relevant to engineering domainUsing KPI’s to ensure work remains on track and performance is measured
For Maintenance & Reliability Engineers roles we are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in some, or all of the following:
A recognised Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 3/4 ideal) and a strong maintenance engineering background (the hiring manager is flexible on discipline)The ability to solve a range of technical problems and make the necessary decisions to rectifyAbility to communicate and present reports with others on technical requirements and modifications Knowledge & experience of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems would be highly beneficial in order to support analysis activities
