MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will carry out functional tests on equipment: electrical and telephone networks, lighting equipment, kitchen equipment, plumbing, etc... You will replace worn or defective parts. You'll keep an eye on the aesthetic appearance of the building (condition of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows). You will intervene in the front office and back office when a technical problem arises. You will prepare the work to be carried out using the documents provided (building plans, maintenance schedules, etc.). Be attentive to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to any problems encountered.
PROFILE:
Diagnostic skills Ability to listen to customers. Practical and theoretical skills in electricity, plumbing, low voltage, HVAC, etc. Demonstrate rigor and organization in work. Fluency in at least two foreign languages, including English. Ability to handle emergency situations. Similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
