**Overview** The Junior Marine Mechanic/Engineer, under the supervision of the Senior Marine Mechanic/Engineer, will perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs to all systems categorized as Hull, Mechanical, Electrical(HME), and Hydraulic. The Junior Marine Mechanic/Engineer reports to the Boat Captain while underway. All duties and responsibilities will be performed by the Business Intelligence Analyst per the Core Values of Cayuse. **Responsibilities** + The Junior Marine Mechanic/Engineer will report all discrepancies to the Senior Marine Mechanic/Engineer + The Junior Marine Mechanic/Engineer will be qualified to fill the Senior Marine Mechanic/Engineer position for Underway Mission Support, in the absence of the Senior Marine Mechanic/Engineer + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications: + US Coast Guard (USCG) Wiper license + Must pass a pre-employment drug check + Secret Clearance required. + Must be able to pass a background check.
