What can we do together?

The Customer Support Apprentice will be working within the NWE market (North West Europe – Benelux, Nordics, UKI) Customer Support & Service Delivery (CSSD) team to help provide best in class end-to-end operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and to achieve highest possible customer satisfaction in service delivery. They will also be given the opportunity to work across other tasks within the team, such as Vendor/Supplier Management, and Partner Relations.

Main missions:

Primary:

Prepare and analyse performance reporting for weekly and monthly reviews for senior NWE and EMEA management.

Financial trends / Cost analysis

Work with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve our KPIs.

Understand customer satisfaction drivers and drive programs to fix recurring root causes.

Benchmark performance cross-region and ensure best practices are shared.

Review & analyse how our processes impact our sNPS (Service Net Promotor Score), and how we can improve in line with EMEA targets.

Assist with customer and partner escalations, resolving them quickly to provide excellent customer/partner satisfaction.

Cooperate with the intern cohort to organise & provide volunteering and work on group projects.

Secondary:

Help improve the CSSD organisations reputation within the business.

Participate in EMEA forums to share new processes and improvements made.

Create process maps and improve existing ones.

Compare our services with our competition to provide context to our service offering.

Help implement the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) with our onsite service partners.

Who you are?

Current student enrolled in a Master's degree with a specialization in Business Analytics and/or procurement.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Eager to seek solutions and improve knowledge in service delivery.

Attention to detail while being able to focus on top impacts/topics.

Fluent in English.

Team collaboration skills, both inside and outside HP.

Customer service skills.

Prioritization skills.

Resilient under pressure.
