What will you be doing?
Coordinating End-to-End Order Management Process Creating SAP Sales orders and being responsible for Sales orders coordination Coordinating information flow between customers, transport team, warehouse, stakeholders, and Sales team Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents Performing claim management through the internal Quality Notification System Sustaining good relations with Clariant’s customers  

 
What are we looking for?
Experience in order management or supply chain area  Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage  Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency  Logical thinking and multitasking mindset  Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills  Teamwork spirit  Projects and improvements orientation  Language skills: English B2 level
