What will you be doing?
Coordinate all aspects of the order management process, with a strong focus on ensuring order accuracy. Communicate promptly and professionally with both internal and external customers regarding inquiries. Coordinate information flow between customers, transport team, warehouse, stakeholders and Sales team. Represent Clariant in a professional manner at all times when engaging with customers. Assist customers in resolving problems and incidents efficiently. Manage claims through the internal Quality Notification System. Support and contribute to improvement and automation projects.    


 
What are we looking for?
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Very good verbal/written communication skills. Ability to be a team player. Experience in customer service desk or logistic, export or supply chain area would be an asset.  Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of SAP SD module would be an advantage.  Strong problem-solving approach and troubleshooting skills. Time/task management, attention to details, willingness to learn. Creativity, open mind, and a sense of humor. Language skills: English - very good command is essential. French - fluent or native is a must.
