Junior Payroll Analyst

High school diploma or equivalent on the job training

Data collection and entry

Basic computer knowledge

Excellent math skills

Organizational and time management skills

Communicate effectively

Aptitude in problem solving

Strong attention to detail

Excel experience preferred

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in India payroll

Duties for this position:

Support Senior Payroll Analyst with India Payroll

Process pre-payroll reports such as master record changes, monthly bonus files and time off reports in Workday

Maintain payroll folders and email inbox

Process end to end payroll for EMEA countries as assigned

Consolidate raw payroll data into relevant Flexi-Forms

Assist with gathering audit request data
