Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Pricing Team. In this role, you will work together with Sales and Business Management Teams in the definition of the right pricing strategy to offer to our Corporate and Public customers, always with the objective to ensure price competitiveness and profitability optimization. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with sales, product management and business management teams, ensuring the right alignment on pricing strategies and long-term success of HP’s business
Key Responsibilities:
Preliminary checks on deal setup with Sales/Sales Support and business case validationPreparation of financial analysis based on market trends and competitor pricingAssist in implementing pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demandsLead price discussion/product optimization and strategy to optimize revenue and marginSupport account managers in the definition the right price levels in HP’s Customers dealsPursue cost optimization with the objective to maximize HP’s profitabilityCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the correct price levels are set for different business unitsSupport Pricing Managers on account business execution to ensure that account profitability targets are met follow, process is documented and reports are updatedCollaborate with Pricing Managers to seek process and pricing tools improvementWhat We Expect:
Understanding of pricing mechanismsData oriented, fact based, capable to analyze data sets and able to identify actions to takeGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointAbility to work with Virtual and International TeamsAbility to influence peers in the execution of pricing strategiesStrong motivation to improve and develop processes to ensure long-term success.Good communication and presentation skills.Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German is an advantage, but not required.What We Offer:
