As a Junior Process Specialist, you will support the Group Tax team in process improvement initiatives and related projects using many technically advanced tools. What will you be doing?
Support Finance/Tax digitalization projects by assessing tax related process flow charts/maps and looking for solutions for defined pain points in existing processes. Support Global tax function in the field of transfer pricing & international tax. Assist in the preparation of Global Transfer Pricing Documentation under the standardized modular approach. Ensure tax compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support audit activities. Build positive work relationships with team members and stakeholders. Take care about proper work atmosphere according to expected behaviors, values and code of ethics of the company. Act as a back up for other team member/s as per aligned back up structure. Perform any additional tasks assigned by Global Tax.  

 
What are we looking for?
Student of bachelor's or master's studies in fields such as Law, Finance and Administration. Interest in the area of taxes and willingness to develop a professional career in this direction. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.  Experience or interest in AI tools (we'll train you!). Strong English skills (other languages are a plus). Analytical skills and interest in making improvements and innovative thinking. Developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team. Openness to work in an international environment and communicate in English on a daily basis. Availability to work at least 20-30 hours per week.
