Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior Project Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to be part of a new and exciting project working in a PMO on a large scale industrial project.

What You'll Be Doing:

May assist the assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of the project

Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines. Expedites distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client.

Prepares technical reports and documentation of site activity for the client and management.

Prepares and distributes meeting minutes

Obtains, analyzes, and circulates technical and contractual information to project disciplines

Prepares project trackers for RFIs, Drawing submissions and approval, Work Inspections, NCRs and other project records

Completes other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Conducts site inspections, factory visits and prepares reports on the same

Prepares project presentations as required by the project team.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Civil Engineering Degree qualified with at least 2 years experience

Computer skills

Letter writing skills

Report writing skills

PowerPoint presentation

Primavera training

Familiar with PMIS and EDMS systems
