Junior Project Manager

Helping us become WARC’s #1 Specialty Retail Agency with groundbreaking work recognized by Adweek, ANA Reggie Awards and Effies. **Overview** As an Associate Project Manager, you will learn how to partner with account leads, as well as other agency resources, to maintain the production and delivery of great work (this includes: managing multiple smaller projects and supporting more senior level roles on larger projects at the guidance of the Project Manager). + Begin to build and understand the importance of internal and client relationships, grounded in accountability and trust + Coordinate with third-party teams/partners as part of project work + Compile and share project status reports with clients and internal team members + Participate in presentations to share relevant project work to clients when required, in collaboration with account team members + Show curiosity and willingness to learn clients' business model and industry/issue area(s) **Responsibilities** + Manage & deliver small projects on time and on budget simultaneously + Actively manage all aspects of the project: scope, issue/risks, schedule, budget, quality control, communications, team and client relationships on a daily basis + Work with Project Management Leadership to identify effective staffing for project needs and maximize the efficiency and optimization of the team, where applicable + Work closely with the client and project team on an ongoing basis to ensure project deliverables are clearly defined, met, and understood. Oversee the development of project deliverables and ensure they are aligned with creative brief. + Lead, motivate and foster coordination/communication across project teams + Ensure project team consistently meets and/or exceeds the client’s expectations and that client approves & signs off on all major deliverables + Prepare and maintain project documentation: project timelines, status reports/daily hot sheets, risk assessments, change requests, and resource requests + Proactively communicate with the agency project support teams: resource management, finance, and sourcing + Proactively participate in internal-facing meetings and initiatives to build and contribute the delivery management practice, e.g., ongoing improvement practices, knowledge sharing, etc + Responsible for the project administration such as project setup, ongoing project financial analysis, time and expense approval, daily hot sheets, project tools, and client billing/invoicing approval + Contribute to client-required financial reporting, e.g., scope & labor reconciliation **Qualifications** + 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably within a similar industry + You’re organized, detail oriented, and have excellent time management and multitasking abilities. + You’re empathetic and are able to deeply understand the team’s needs, ask the right questions to keep a project moving in the right direction, and proactively pursue feedback. + You are willing to learn and understand the nuances of account, strategy, creative, and technical development work streams and deliverables across different marketing channels (e.g., retail, digital, social, direct mail, broadcast, promotion). + You enjoy keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and can apply forward thinking to reach goals effectively. **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! Compensation Range: $49,305 - 65,415 annually This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
