Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager/Coordinator to join our cybersecurity team. Summary: This role will support the management and oversight of the company's regulatory cybersecurity activities, ensuring that all necessary controls and compliance measures are in place. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, and facilitate the implementation of cybersecurity controls. Key Responsibilities: * Track Cybersecurity Compliance: Monitor and report on the company's adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks, including TSA, SOX, SOC 2 Type 2, FRA, and other industry-specific cybersecurity standards * Manage Cybersecurity Projects: Support project planning, execution, and tracking of cybersecurity-related initiatives, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and deadlines * Ensure Cybersecurity Controls: Assist in the implementation and ongoing assessment of cybersecurity controls, ensuring they are in line with regulatory expectations and industry best practices * Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with IT, legal, risk management, and other teams to identify gaps and ensure the proper implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures * Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the creation of documentation to support regulatory audits, compliance reviews, and project progress reports * Risk Management: Help identify, assess, and manage risks related to cybersecurity compliance, and assist in developing strategies to mitigate those risks * Training and Awareness: Help with the development and delivery of training materials to ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities related to cybersecurity compliance * Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in cybersecurity controls and compliance processes, recommending and helping implement improvements
