Minimum requirements:
Matric and Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field 2-3 Years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the construction industry Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Office, CCS Candy, or BuildSmart Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Valid drivers license and own reliable transportation
