Junior Researcher/Researcher Global Online Surveys Team
Global Online Surveys Team supports Clients’ data-driven decisions through guidance on online surveys, efficient data processing and insights. Team specializes in primary research, has the expertise in quantitative online surveys: ad-hoc, non-standard and custom-made, designed with innovative solutions.
We are looking for candidates for Junior Researcher/Researcher position in Global Online Surveys Team.
You can expect:
The role combines project management and stakeholders management, analytical and research skills; your future tasks will include:
Online surveys small and medium size project management as well as supporting larger initiatives, designing and delivering high quality surveys – broad portfolio of international HR-related projects (b2b, employee-based)
Briefing, identification of needs and objectives
Reviewing incoming questionnaires and design surveys, preparing final materials for scripting, testing survey links
Cooperation with DP team on questionnaire scripting (Qualtrics), data processing and analysis
Creating reports, results summaries and insights
Ensuring high level of data, service and client satisfaction
Cooperation with several departments & stakeholders
Following Lean principles, Scrum tools and agile practices

To apply you need to have:
1-2 years of experience in social or marketing research projects coordination and research consulting (research agency or research department or university)
Knowledge and skills related to quantitative methods (questionnaire design, reporting)
University degree, preferably sociology / psychology / marketing / quantitative methods
Very good command of written and spoken English
Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
“Can do” attitude and willingness to search for solutions in technology world
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and problem solving skills
