For more information, visit our Careers page.   The Role in Brief:  Junior Revenue Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis The Finance team works with senior executives at the firm to develop financial projections, monitor and evaluate performance, develop analytical tools and dashboard reporting, evaluate investment proposals, and improve financial reporting systems. The Finance team is seeking a Junior Revenue Analyst to join the team to help achieve key financial initiatives for the company. Analysts play a key role in assisting the firm’s leaders in the business construct, managing their financial forecasts and conducting ongoing analytical projects to achieve operational and strategic objectives. Analysts develop a strong understanding of the company’s business lines including products, growth potential, revenue trends, and forecast variance. Primary Responsibilities: The Junior Revenue Analyst will play an ongoing role in the day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including: ·        Creating and maintaining firm wide revenue forecast models, including predictive analytics models ·        Partnering with Accounting to establish monthly variance tracking and reporting process ·        Managing milestone-driven revenue streams, including partnering with Delivery/Product teams to implement unit-level deployment planning and forecasting ·        Supporting the development and maintenance of an infrastructure that facilitates rapid reporting and analysis of key metrics driving financial and operational performance ·        Creating and maintaining department dashboards analyzing performance against key business metrics, including cost, revenue and margin targets ·        Analyzing specific financial and operational issues during the year, including ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and forecasting ·        Communicating findings to executive audience Basic Qualifications:   Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, business, or other related field Excellent academic performance Minimum 1+ years of professional experience Advanced MS Excel skills Attention to detail Proven time management skills; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects Strong academic or professional experience using quantitative analytical tools to assemble, analyze, and draw conclusions from business data Willingness to learn how to use new tools, techniques, and skills Discretion in handling sensitive firm, department and individual performance information Ideal Qualifications:   Experience with coding languages such as Python or SQL Resourcefulness; ability to procure detailed data and information Proven service orientation with attention to detail and follow-up Proven project management and planning skill Proven finance, strategy, and operational skills Significant academic or professional experience using quantitative analytical tools to assemble, analyze, and draw conclusions from business data Commitment to valuing diversity, practicing inclusive behaviors, and contributing to an equitable working and continual learning environment in support of EAB’s  DE&I Promise If you’ve reached this section of the job description and are unsure of whether to apply, please do! Compensation: The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $46,000 - $60,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
