hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide
guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different

**JOB SUMMARY**
You will assist in
the design, development and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
solutions by analyzing business processes, building automation workflows using
RPA tools and performing testing under the guidance of other Senior Developers with
a focus on learning and contributing to efficient automation projects.

**ProcessAnalysis:**
Collaborating
with business analysts to understand existing business processes and identify
potential automation opportunities.
**RPA Development:**
Leading design,
development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
using Automation Anywhere platform. Designing and building automation workflows
using other RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism, including data mapping,
screen scraping and user interface interactions.
**Testing andDebugging:**
Executing
thorough testing of developed automation solutions to ensure accuracy,
reliability and adherence to business requirements, identifying and resolving
any issues.
**Documentation:**
Maintaining
clear and concise documentation of developed automation processes including
user guides and technical specifications. Preparing and reviewing the
documentation such as SDD (Solution Design Documents) and Solution Architecture.
**Collaboration:**
Working closely
with Senior RPA Developers and teams to learn best practices, troubleshoot
complex issues and receive guidance on project implementations. Reviewing code
and guiding Junior Developers on best practices for automation design and
coding standards within Automation Anywhere.
**User Training:**
Assisting in attending,
as well as providing basic training to end users on interacting with automated
processes.
**Required Skills-Qualifications:**
Bachelor-s and/or
Master-s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information
Technology (IT), Information Science and/or related field.
RPA Tool
Proficiency: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
3-7 or more
years overall relevant experience with certification in Automation Anywhere.
Experience with
no/low code automations, APIs, MS Power Platform; and coding with VBA or VBScript
and Python.
Understanding of
database concepts specifically SQL/NoSQL DBs.
Proficient in
developing automation scripts, bots and workflows using Automation Anywhere
tools including knowledge of advanced features like AI, Machine Learning and
integrations with other systems.
Understanding of
RPA Concepts: RPA principles, workflow design and automation best practices.
Analytical
Skills: ability to analyze business processes, identify potential automation
areas and translate requirements into automation solutions.
Problem-solving:
effective troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve automation errors.
Attention to
Detail: meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and consistency in automation
development.
Communication
Skills: ability to communicate effectively with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and explain automation
concepts.
Basic
programming knowledge (.NET, Java) is a plus.
Experience with
data manipulation and data extraction techniques.
