We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to begin or grow their career in sales within the aviation industry. The Jr. Sales Rep will assist in driving sales growth, identifying potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the aviation sector.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
+ Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new sales prospects.
+ Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
+ Collaborate with senior sales representatives to close deals and achieve sales targets.
+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
+ Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote [Confidential Company]'s products and services.
+ Provide administrative support to the sales team, including generating reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
+ Assist with follow-up communications, including emails and phone calls, to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
+ Strong interest in aviation and sales.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce a plus).
+ Willingness to learn and develop sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
+ Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
