D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Junior Sales Representative-Licensed. The Junior Sales Representative is in training to manage the entire sales process and communicating with the customer from the first interaction through the close of escrow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Learn sale process under supervision of licensed Sales RepresentativeLearn features and benefits of models/homes/home sitesGreet and qualify visitorsDemonstrate models/home/home sitesOvercome sales objections, close for the saleDocument the transactionTrack progress of loan, options and constructionRespond to customer request for informationDocument any cancellationsMaintenance all lot files/sales filesMonitor models and sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team membersExecute policies to ensure compliance with the quality standardsAttend sales meetings as needed Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)2 years related experienceMust have and maintain a valid Nebraska real estate licenseSuperb interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsMust have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttimeAbility to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptopAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral visionRegular exposure to outside weather conditionsThe noise level is generally moderate

Preferred Qualifications

Prior CRM software experience a plusPrevious sales experience, knowledge of industry preferred Strongly motivated
