The Junior Salesforce Administrator supports the Salesforce Administrator in managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform & the systems in which we integrate with it. This role involves assisting with user support, basic configuration tasks, data management, and contributing to ongoing improvements and optimizations within Salesforce. This role requires a proactive approach, a strong understanding of SQL and JSON, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure.

Basic Configuration:
Assist with basic configuration tasks within Salesforce, such as creating fields, page layouts, and workflows under the guidance of the Salesforce AdministratorHelp maintain user profiles, permission sets, and security settingsResearch and Problem Solving:
Investigate potential production issues, leveraging technical knowledge and research skills to provide timely and accurate solutionsData Management:
Support data integrity efforts by performing data entry, data cleansing, and data migration tasks as directedAssist in maintaining data quality standards and ensuring compliance with data governance policiesTeam Collaboration:
Work closely with the client services and development teams to share insights, improve service delivery, and implement client feedback into future tech releasesDocumentation and Training:
Document processes, procedures, and configurations within SalesforceAssist in developing training materials and conducting basic training sessions for users
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or other relevant field, or sufficient experience in related fieldFamiliarity with SalesforceStrong knowledge of SQL and JSON; Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficientlyA customer-first approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support
